Slightly low sperm motility

We are waiting for a referral for ttc but unsure how long the NHS waiting list will take. My partner recently had a semen analysis and sperm count was normal but motility was slightly lower than normal (25 for progressive motility and 30% for total motility).

As we have an unknown period of waiting to be seen is there anyone else who has had similar semen analysis results to this? Just wondering what your experience was and if these levels are anything to be concerned about?
