10 DPO bleed

So it was my birthday yesterday and I tested (9DPO) it was negative, me and my hubby went out for a meal and a night in the hotel we had sex and after I had a big bleed really pinkish though not red and it literally stopped straight away after wiping a good 10-15 times

Any ideas??
