I’m a little hurt tbh. I’ve been out of training for a month and my old supervisor asked 2 people from my training group to do call listening with some new hires. And another one got asked to help with hurricane calls. My graded calls are all 100, I show up on time, I was present during the training, and now no one is reaching out to me. I’m not the only one who hasn’t been asked to help, it just sucks. Cause I feel like I won’t get promoted as fast as these 3 other people and like my work isn’t good enough. I feel like these people were singled out and it’s like an I just not good enough? Is my supervisor just not recommending me? Did my old supervisors during training not like me? It just hurts
