What would you think???

I basically told a guy that I wasn't in a relationship with that I know longer wanted to hookup with him. He was starting to become very toxic for me so I ended it. Now he's saying he hopes I fail in life and he has pictures of me. I'm confused because I have never sent him any kind of pictures. Is he lying to scare me? I'm worried he took them without my consent or something. I feel like I would have noticed.
