First period after miscarriage

Any help appreciated.

So i had a miscarriage over christmas and new year. Have been back and forth from hospital up till a week ago today. Have stopped bleeding over a week and a half but im still getting nausea and cramping. Im also very emotional altho that could be because its finally hitting me now that there is no baby.

Was only 6-7 weeks but its still hard.

Is there a general idea of how long your period will be after? I just want to get back to normal and be able to plan things. My periods are usually pretty bad with pain n pms so i need to be able to avoid doing things the first day or so.
