I’ve got quite a big lump in my left breast that’s really sore all the time . It’s not smooth , it feels quite bumpy and uneven . I’ve been to the hospital where they scanned it but they couldn’t see the lump . They said not to worry about it .

I’m only 19 so I’m not sure if it’s because they might start developing as they are quite small? Or maybe it’s just normal to have them ?

The lump is on the outside of my breast and is constantly there . I also have a smaller one on the right side of my left breast and that’s small and smooth but also sore … it also feels like it’s got a pocket where the small bump sits in it

My right boob has no lumps at all so I’m so confused if I should be worried or not 😩
