4 weeks scan - showing so small!! 🙏🏼

I should be 7 weeks by last period (8th June) but I was sick and ovulated late (I think) and at my scan today they said it’s so small it’s not even able to be measured (assumes 4 weeks). My lining is 0.7mm and I ovulated from the right ovary but nothing has happened yet.

I had a positive test on Clearblue and Cheap strips exactly a week ago today saying 1-2 weeks.

I’m so nervous and scared it is not going to progress. Does anyone have any positive stories like this?? I have to go back in 8 days for a rescan.
