Hello, I think I'm older than most here, 44 mom of 3 had my last 37 but over the last few months I've noticed a prolapse. Very freaky and not cool. I only have a Dad, Brother n husband to talk to and couple of very busy girlfriends😕 so I turned to this.

I will actually have "good" insurance this month w new job, so advise please! I saw recommendation for Perifit, and seeing a Physical therapist, I'm so ignorant about this stuff please help and thanks!!!
