Our 9 month old has always fidgeted and moved around alot in her sleep. For the past 2 nights she's hit her head on the bars of her cot as she's rolled over in her sleep. Once it was from stomach to back and just now she was on her side and went to roll to the other side. Whenever I see her too close to the side I move her but I've never known her to roll around and move around this much before. She's started crawling this week so I guess she's a bit more active/stronger now? Her cot is 60cm x 120cm which seems to be the standard size in the UK. She cried the first time but didn't tonight, maybe it was out of shock and waking herself up I'm not sure but I'd hate to think she's hurting herself. Does anyone have any suggestions? I refuse to use cot bumpers though before anyone mentions them.
