Hi ladies, ive been TTC for over a year, as me and my OH haven’t got children and am 36 hes 38 ive had bloods to check my perestrgone (sorry can’t spell it) which have come back as over the normal level they look for when ovulating which is good. Ive also had an ultra sound which have indicated i have lumps on my ovaries which my doctor thinks is PCOS. I honestly have no idea other than what I’ve researched and was honestly wondering if anyone could give me tips to help myself while i wait for my referral to gynecology to come through

I dont have any other symptoms of PCOS apart from the lumps the ultrasound has picked up
