I’m goin to start by saying my step daughter is 11 yrs old. She came back into her fathers life when she was 4. Back when she was a baby her mom was being a BITCH because she was mad me and her daughters father was together. So she kept her away. Then when I have a child by him, she bring her back around. Anyways, she was always a real hyper child and would get mad when she couldn’t get her way. When she first started school, she was getting picked on all the time but wasn’t sure why. But she did always had it bad putting her hands on other kids. But not in a fighting way. More an less touching there arms or grabbing them. Well one day on the bus her father got a call from her mom that the school couldn’t get her off the bus. So they had to call police to get her off the bus. Then another time she was choking a girl on the bus. At this time she was in the FIRST GARDE. She has always been in and out of trouble and when it came to telling her to stop she would keep on doing it. But since she got a little older she not has hyper as she was but it don’t take much for her to get mad. If she don’t have her way she will brake something that is not hers. Or she will give a look of I hate the world. Then this passed summer when she got in trouble her phone was taken and when I went through it. She was looking at PORN. So he called and told her mom about it. She already does not respect her mom at all and she can’t do nothing with her. So she is staying with us so she can go to a charter school my kids are goin to. So when she started there a week into school she already started having problems at school with some girls. Then just last week school called and had to go up there and found out she had names of ppl she don’t like and a name of a girl she want to die. So she couldn’t go back to school until she got a note from the doctor that she is not a threat. So right now she back in school. Well her mother told her dad that if she come back to her she goin to juvenile home because she not goin to lose her job. Then the next day when he asked her do you want me to get full custody, she got mad and talking about quitting her job. Then her child just told us that her mom told someone she a psycho path. Which is fucked to say and she has always treated her bad. So he plan on getting full custody so she can see about a therapist. And she do have ADHD and her mom has been bullshitting about getting her meds.
