discharge picture

i was wondering if my discharge meant anything. at times it’s kinda thick and not fully white or clear but it’s not like this every time i wipe. i’m on birth control and not on my period. i had sex with my boyfriend like 3 days ago but we don’t have other partners. maybe slight irritation after peeing but not uti burning and not really itchy or smelly and not every time. i’m just more curious if anything and have no problem seeing a doctor if i get more symptoms
