Boots digital - faulty but 2 lines?

Before I get a million comments of ‘it’s invalid if you open the test ahhhh’, I only opened it cause clearly it’s a faulty reading (the little arrow and the book) so thought what the hell!

I can clearly see 2 lines, I have no idea where I am in my cycle as I am taking a break from opk’s and I am feeling rough!!!

So the past 2-3days I have felt super nauseas (to the point I can’t eat), dizzy, headaches, body aches and honestly I thought I was just ill but now on day 3 of this I thought I would test and only had this digital left. Randomly on Wednesday I had really bad cramps and then had light pink streaks when I wiped (only lasted a day).

Interested if anyone has similar experience with the boots digital and what was the outcome? (I have ordered more tests to get a better confirmation either way)
