How can or should you test your ovulation if you are getting the same results every day. I assume my LH hormones are always high giving me the same results. (Image below)
The doctor told me to come in 7 days after I’m ovulating but I have the issue above and in general I’m trying to convince ^
Other than the strips what can I do? I’m a first time starter so anything would help I’d love to learn and understand.
I also have PCOS
