power pump caused low milk output?

so i’ve been trying to increase my milk supply for my babe born november 26th, i started out around 2oz - 2.5oz but then it dropped to 1oz - 1.5 oz every pump.

i bought smaller flanges because mine were way to big. then last night when i tried them for the first time, i noticed those were still too big but i got 2.5oz from that pump.

this morning i decided to power pump and for some reason ever since, my boobs aren’t filling up and when i try pumping, i’m barley getting anything, i don’t understand what happened between them and now..

any one else ever have this happen? any suggestions??
