NSFW / TMI - dark specs on nipple?

so, i let my new boyfriend play with my boobs for the first time last weekend, he got a little rough with his mouth and it seemed to irritate my nipple. my the area around my nipple was red on the left side, almost like it a blood vessel or something popped under the skin. it was mostly in one area, but no blood or anything was coming out. over the last couple days, the redness has subsided but there's some little specs on my nipple. it's not dirt, and it doesn't hurt. any ideas on what it could be, or what i could do to help?
