I dont know if its allowed to be on this page or i can talk about this but i need help!

I have rlly good and fast metabolism which is healthy i think right??

Anyways the thing that i hate bout myself is (i feel awkward saying this but) my intestines where my poop is i hope i think idk (i dont know the human body, funny thing i thought water goes in lungs oop)

Anyways i have really bad intestines bc whenever i go to the bathroom i never feel like i need to poop so i get up and go, yet it looks like im fat but its not, im skinny (ugh when all the poop goes away 😒)

Is there any high fiber foods i can eat or anything i can eat or drink to get things flowing inside my intestines?

Btw im 20 so dont judge or blame me if i dont know the human body pls!
