Newborn & room temperature UK

Can someone please tell me what my room temperature should be for my 2 week old son, midwife said 21 degrees but health visitor said it should be 18 and im abit confused, my room is 20 degrees now, baby has a bodyvest on, sleepsuit and a lightweight blanket, he's cheeks and nose are cold but his chest is okish not to cold and not to warm, im just panicking abit as im a first time mum and i dont want my baby to be to cold or to warm, someone please help as this is stressing me out
