Mittelschmerz?
Today is the 2nd of Sept which is 1 DPO as you can see. Today I am experiencing what I believe to be mittelschmerz. Pain and cramping in my lower back and left pelvic area. Does that mean today is ovulation? Or that it already happened the day before as in the calendar?
