Should I be worried?

I’m currently 12+4, I had symptoms from around 6 weeks morning sickness, sore boobs, really bad sleep, I had my first booking appointment at 9 weeks they took bloods, urine sample, all was well with them, but by 10 weeks my morning sickness had gone, I still have really bad sleep and my boobs hurt but not as much. I don’t have my first scan until I’m 13+2, I already have a 5 year old son but this pregnancy I feel more scared and worried about it. Like I’ve not heard the heartbeat or anything am I just being silly?

Do they check your first bloods and urine sample to confirm you are actually pregnant?
