Does anybody know what this could be or dealt with this

Is this a concern or not? my son is 2 and when he sleeps his whole body gets really hot even when not using a blanket and also not wearing anything but a pull up. My house stays cold but it still doesn’t work and he still gets hot. I’ve mentioned this to his pediatrician once when he was 1 (been going on for awhile now) and he said it’s normal but I don’t think it is. He does have hypopnea I just found out from his sleep test 4 weeks ago. I’m not sure if that could cause something like this.

I’m gonna bring it up to his new pediatrician but I’m concerned about it since my 6 year old never done this. TIA
