Is it possible to "move things around" during sex? & is it concerning?

Hi guys, this may be kinda tmi but I'm curious if others have experienced the same. My boyfriend asked if ive wondered why we stopped having sex with my legs over his shoulders.. and he tells me its because he could sometimes "feel things moving around" ?  He felt like he may have went "too deep" because things physically felt different as well. The way he talked about it made it seem like it was really noticeable. I was recently told I had ovarian cysts and hes wondering if its this or something more concerning. Thanks!

I come from a different culture. In Arab folk medicine, we have something called uterine prolapse, where part of the uterus or bladder drops down due to weak pelvic and uterine muscles, and perhaps rapid weight gain and loss, or significant weight gain during pregnancy. I think you can do an ultrasound of the uterus to determine the problem. There are 3 degrees. The first is simple and can be solved with exercises such as Kegel, massage, and vaginal weights. The second requires a subscription to a specialist in pelvic exercises for women, and the last degree requires surgical intervention. I think you are in the first or second degree. (I wrote this response using a translation program. I am good at reading and speaking English, but I do not know the deep terms, so I resorted to an assistant translation program)

He cannot feel anything outside of your vaginal wall. Your cervix is at the top of the vagina. He’s feeling your cervix when in that position. Your vagina does not give access to anything further.
