Can someone interpret my results?

Question

I'm really worried about my result of my ultrasounds. I'm 24 and have been TTC since my miscarriage in January
2021. My periods come every 3 weeks and usually last
8-10 days so I knew it was time to figure out what's going on. I should have done it sooner, I know. I did get bloodwork as well but waiting for that to come back. Can someone please interpret my results? And if anyone has anything similar to these findings - how has TTC been for you? Is it curable? Anything helps. Thank you

Sounds like they are diagnosing you with pcos . Pcos doesn’t currently have a cure  but there are things that can be done to lession symptoms! Also doesn’t mean you can’t get pregnant! I have pcos and have conceived 4 times . A 3.5 year old, 2 year old , and pregnant with a rainbow baby .

I just got an ultrasounddone to....same result...we have tons of folicals becausewe dont ovulate every month and our hormones are messed up. Its pretty disappointing. Ive dealtwith this for years. I have 2 kiddos. One a Letrozole baby. I would ask for Letrozole. Im tryingto heal the root cause of pcos rather then medicating and putting a bandade on. Low to zero sugar, no processed food, grass fed meat, tons of veggies, fertility and thiroid boosting herbs and tinctures, teas. Limited to no dairy. Detoxing the gut, liver and kidneys. Im still nursing so i do have to wait a few of these things.

An ultrasound image of the ovaries that appear polycystic, meaning they contain a high density of partially mature follicles.
