Dots on D after sleeping with me

Hi everyone

So I’ve just had someone who I’ve been sexually active tell me that. After sleeping with me they have gotten dots on their dick. And now they’re on medication

And now I feel mortified. They are the first person I’ve slept with in the past 7 months, so I’m sure it’s not an ISD, and my previous partner never experienced these dots. Well that he told me anyways.

I have a feeling the dots might be from the razor I’m using but I’m not 100% sure. Has anyone else experienced this or know what could be causing this issue for the partner.
