Soreness post sex

Recently ive been having a lot of sex with my boyfriend since we have more spare time than usual but the last time we did it my vaginal entrance hurt for around 2 days to the point where I almost couldnt sit and felt swollen but without any remedies or anything it simply went away as if nothing ever happened. Though its clear now that Im pretty much alright im worried itmight happen again... Can anyone relate if so do you know anything about this?
