Swollen clit.... Need help

Okay so this might be tmi but last night I had sex with my partner. We were both drunk so It lasted way longer than usual. Anyway I got my period that morning after and now my clit is super swollen and weird looking and itchy/burning sensation. It hurts really bad. I also wasn't as wet as usual last night and I had no clue why... Everything was a little dry even my mouth so maybe it was because I was drunk... Anyway what is it!? Has this ever happened to you? How do I fix it? I read it could be a yeast infection... How can I tell?
