Silicone lube, simple because it's not as cold as water based, doesn't absorb as fast and you don't need as much. I prepare by using a water only douche that I squeeze GENTLY into myself about 2 or 3 times. If I still have feces coming out after 3 rinses, I just accept there is probably going to be a bit of a mess while playing. If you've never had anything in your ass, you need to start small and gentle. I recommend playing alone with graduated beads to get comfortable with the sensation and exploring your own body. Do not just jump from nothing to penis or large objects.
