I knew when is was over and done until I put myself .. Meaning fining myself again, what was best for me and my needs and futer

I think you just know. There's no more thinking about the ex, and if you do it doesn't make you sad anymore. You can do your everyday activities without thinking about the ex. You'll just know if you're ready to date again. If you still question it, it may not be time yet.
