i need some answers!! help me please!!

i don't want to be pregnant and i had unprotected sex about two days ago. ive done it before and my period has only been slighty late but it has always shown up. but now i am experiencing soreness in my lower ribs and abdomen. my boobs are slighty sore, barely anything and only when i push or squeeze them. please help me, should i be worried. is my soreness in my belly considered early "pregnancy cramps"? i can't take a test until my period is near and that's in the beginning of March. I've had the stomach/rib sorenes for a day or two. help me figure this out im beyond worried
