I dont know what to do next

I had my period last month it ended on the 30th give or take it also started around the 20th. I got this app cuz I have never tracked my period before and i am doing so now. I haven't had my period since and I'm meant to have it on the 16th I already took one pregnancy test that came out negative. I got off my birth control in October and my partner and i didnt wrap his Willy ever since. I dont know what to do and i dont know when my period is actually due and I'm freaking myself and my partner out.
