Hand job???

Hello! I'm a fairly inexperienced female. I recently entered a relationship with a more experienced guy. We plan to just start off with a hand job and see where things go from there. We are both teenagers and the rule is that we must leave the door open a crack when we are together. So my questions include: 
1. Do I have to unzip his pants?
2. Is there a good way to keep it hidden in case someone bursts in?
3. Is lubrication necessary? 
And any other tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

Okay, sooo, unzipping his pants? Not always necessary, just depends on what kind of pants he's wearing. I would suggest having him wear pajama pants, because they're the easiest to do anything in, hence "easy access". A great way to hide it, "watch a movie" when you guys are "cold" so that you can use a blanket. Lol. It covers both of you up, and if you or him have your legs in the right position, then it would completely block it. Lube isn't absolutely necessary, but it does help. Make sure you have lotion so your hands are at least not dry.
