Brown discharge & High Cervix??

So me and hubby 13 months into TTC #1
Period due tomorrow, small amounts of brown discharge and my cervix- so high I can't even feel it fully! Anyone got a BFP after this? I normally have a little brown spot and then boom heavy red periods but no AF yet. I'm thinking possibly implantation bleeding? I'm praying this is our month.
I've just had results from ultrasound all clear and bloods were all clear. Bought sperm testing kit (boots £30) going to try that Saturday.
