I've been bleeding for 2 weeks now.. please help.

Hello, so my name is Courtney and I'm 15 years old, I was put on the pill by my doctor for my skin, I still have a period as I have the pill inwhich I have the 7 day break. So I got my new set of pills, and I'd missed some as I ran out and didn't realise. I took my first pill on the afternoon of my period, I take it the same time every night, however I have forgotten a few times. My period hasn't stopped since I started and that was about 2 weeks ago, and I am usually only on my period for around 4 days. The blood isn't think now, it's thin and there's little of it, but when I wipe there is a fair bit of blood. I'm really starting to worry now. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have any recommendations?
