Nissan Juke - big enough?

Hi ladies
I am 8 weeks (and super nervous) and I need to start thinking about a new car as my small 3 door isnt going to be suitable!  
I like the Nissan Juke and is more affordable for me than the larger Quashqai but seems to be mixed views about whether a pram/ISO fix seat fits etc? I believe from the research I have done so far that a 2014 model has a larger boot but still not sure...
Does anyone have one/ know someone with one who has children?

We have a Juke and are looking for something else as when we had the baby we realised how impractical it was! The boot is far too small for the vast majority of buggies, not all car seats properly attach to the rear seats because they are too curved (ended up buying one that was nearly £200 over our budget just to get one that fitted securely), and the rear doors don’t open very wide so you struggle to lean into the back to sort out or strap in the baby. Oh and the slant on the rear windows makes it awkward to find child sunblinds that fit. They are just the cons from the top of my head, sure there were more but can’t remember. Look for a car with doors that open wide, and a boxy boot as any car with ‘curves’ will have the boot space eaten out of it. Hope this helps! X

My Dad said the Jukes are deffo not big enough as I wanted a Renault Captur and he said they're basically the same. I've bought a Renault Scenic (such a Mummy Mobile 😂!) it's a jump from my lovely little Twingo but can fit everything perfectly!! My sister bought all her baby stuff over and tried it out in there for me! Happy car hunting xx

My husband has a qashqui so I was thinking along the same lines as you when I was looking to replace my car as I think nissans are good spec for the money. I ended up going for the nissan note which I think is bigger than the juke inside but is cheaper. fits the silver cross wayfarer no problem at all. Only thing missing is the height of the Juke. good luck!

I went on a car hunt when I was pregnant. I have a new VW polo which definitely isn’t big enough so we’re looking for something bigger. We looked at a juke and decided a pram was a squeeze even with the wheels off. Honestly you need to look for something in the region of an Astra or a focus. My friend has twins who are now 3 and has just had a juke because she no longer uses a buggie. She said she would never have had one when their were smaller. Hope this helps

We ended up changing cars when our son was about a month old due to our old car, Citroen DS4, being impractical to pull a car seat in and out and the boot just for our pram! We bought a Vauxhall insignia and it's a great car! Can fit the buggy and a whole load of shopping in the boot and it's big without being bulky 🙂

I don't know about a Juke  (but I do like the look of them too.) We have a Citroen Picasso and that has a great big boot that means no worries when packing for a weekend or packing a pram and lots of shopping. Ours is a 58 plate so it wasn't dear and seems to be lasting well so far! X

the juke has a small boot...so for that reason alone I would say it's not big enough

Ok so I finally changed my car, got a nissan note, well worth it! The boot is huge!!!!!!! And it's nice to drive and priced well too. Loads of leg room in the back :)

The Nissan Juke has a boot smaller than my current car which is a nissan micra. I love the look of them and was so hoping I could have one. 
The boot on the nissan note is huge and using a lever in the boot you can extend the boot area by pushing the back seats forward. There's still room for legs in the back when you do that too. Anyway they were discontinued this year to make way for the abomination that is the new nissan micra they've brought out (they decided to merge the micra and note to make the new thing) so you'll pick quite a new one up for a good price. They're jolly comfy to sit in and a good driving position without being huge like the qashqai (or however you spell it!). 
I've decided that there are too many advantages to having a smaller car, parking, manoeuvring, multi-storey car parks, even just driving as it means you can keep going when others have to stop haha, that I've decided to stay on the smaller end of cars. Hence the research on the note 😂 it's not as small as the micra tho.
Another small car with a MASSIVE boot is the Honda Jazz, fab cars. Just more expensive than a nissan, the only reason I thought twice on it.
