Clear blue digital ovulation test

So I’ve been using the clear blue digital tests, haven’t had the smiley face as yet, however i know I’m ovulation due to blood tests, however the reason I’m posting is when I take the test out there’s 2 blue lines, very confused as have read on line that it means you are ovulating, any advice ?? Been try to conceive for just over a year after been diagnosed with polystic ovaries, and having had an ectopic pregnancy 3 years ago an then bleeding continuously for 2 years after, with very short breaks... praying for baby to come really soon 💙❤️
