Confused.

So little back story my baby died at 11 weeks exactly and I had a D&C; at 11+5 weeks. This was in March was still testing positive at 3weeks, ultrasound confirmed nothing left behind and bloods showed a hcg level of 9 and I started my period at 26 days post d&c.;

Fast forwards to a week after ovulation and I got a very very faint positive on a FRER after having cramping and back ache.

Wondering if it could still have been left over hcg cause it’s so early I retested 24 hours later and line was no darker 48 hours after tested with a cheaply and I think there is no line.
