What ya’ll think?

So my last actual flow period was 14th December.... i then was due on 15th January. However week before on the 7th i started spotting and that lasted till the 20th jan, i have been trying to get pregnant for months, i finally got my postivie the 14th feb, it was super light and then a stronger postive the 17th? Clear blue just says 3+ so havent a clue. But could there be a chance iv been pregnant since dec or just go from the spotting... got my booking in app on tuesday so probs still wont find out
