Is this normal?

Me and my partner of 8 years never have sex anymore. I had our son 11 months ago. We've had sex 3 or 4 times since then. We don't have the sex drive as we used to but I don't understand why. Is it a normal thing to happen after having kids? Should I be worried?

We are going through the same thing. Our daughter is 4 and we rarely have sex. It’s like 2-3 times a year. I want more but he has no sex drive. It’s so frustrating 😞

As unsexy as it can be, scheduling time to have sex is one of the best things you can do when you have a busy schedule. Sex can still be great even if it's not spontaneous.

Talk to him about it. Daughter is 9 months and we've had sex three times since she was born. I'm always tired and not interested 🤷🏾‍♂️
