Checking your own dilation?

Has anyone here ever checked there own cervix for dilation? They say it can be done. But I ain't a clue what I'm feeling for. I cant make anything out in there atm. But from what I have read. And what I can feel. I think I'm deff dilated a good bit. They say the cervix is normally a hard nub. Which I have felt before. And when your dilated u can feel what feels like a latex ball. Filled with water. That's the sac. Well that to me deff feels like it's what I'm feeling. But I'm terrified to stick more than two fingers up. So I dont know exactly how much I'm dilated. But I do feel something latexy 🤣 lol..... and I'm deff feeling it with two fingers. And when my so is playing with me down there lately. Tmi. It makes a weird noise. And feels so weird. Is it likely im dilated? Not fully of course. But a good enough bit.
