I had been smoking for 10years I'd tried to quit 3 or 4 times over the years with no success, I had my last cigarette on the morning of July 1st, haven't touched one since, don't even miss it, I think it helped that I was ready to quit but also knowing I was responsible for the life growing inside me was a massive push to stop and stay stopped. My OH is still smoking though and it worries me that I will end up starting again after she's born 😣

I didnt smoke at all but my husband did drugs but gave it pretty much up he usually just smoke cannabis and normal fags but he stopped with his Meth snorting and marijuana and is trying to give up 'normal' smoking as well 
I've noticed how hard it was for him but he really wanted that for the babys and my sake

I was so lucky coz I was so sick I couldn't even think about them without throwing up. It would have been really really really hard to quit otherwise! So even tho my first 4 months of pregnancy was hell. Im a little grateful as it allowed me to quit 😊

Not only did the smell make me want to puke but I was terrified to touch another cigarette after learning I was pregnant. I didn't want to do anything to harm him. He's now seven weeks and I haven't gone back. Do I still think about smoking? Hell yes but who has the time with a newborn. Not me, and I never want him to smell smoke on me or ever see me smoking a cigarette.

If the smel alone doesn't get to you then you one of just slowly ween off a cig a day then less and eventually you're not going to think about it

I tried to stop as much as i can and i did .. the first 3 month i dodnt had any, but now i have one every 2 or 3 days. Im 25 weeks now i feel bad for doing it but i cant help it

But the dreams are getting to me, and we are thinking of getting a vaper for me that is a 0% everything, so the taste and action will still be there
