PND APPOINTMENT ADVICE.

Hi everyone. My son is 12 weeks old and since around week 6 I started to recognise the signs of having pnd again. I had it with my daughter for the first year of her life and had back to back pregnancies. She is 17 month he is 12 weeks. Iv finally come to the point where I am willing to admit that I have it but of course I’m terrified and scared of what will happen,side effects of anti depressants, what will happen at my app ect. Can anyone help who has gone through this ? Did you gain weight with the meds ? What happened at your first initial appointment? I just want to be the mum I dreamed of being to my babies 😥 tia
