Gagging and nausea from anxiety
So I have recently started college and it’s really great. I enjoy it, there’s just one thing holding me back. My anxiety. My anxiety comes with symptoms such as nausea, panic attacks, headaches, hot and cold flushes and GAGGING. The gagging is the worst because i am petrified of being sick and gagging. So you can see why it makes me breakdown. It happens during the getting up routine and walking to college routine. When i’m outside walking it’s all I can think about and I have tried smelling nice smells through my nise to make me not gag but i feel it in there. today was so stressful i couldn’t let my body relax so i was so tense. Does anyone gave anything that can help with my gag reflex and anxiety?
