Night terrors at 15 months old?
My daughter doesn’t sleep in her own cot, I get her to sleep in my bed and then I put her into her cot but she always wake up and won’t go back down until I bring her into my bed and at that point I’m usually just so tired I let her stay there. I really want to sleep train her and I have all of the information I need and a good plan set in place however during the night she’ll burst into tears at least twice and she is inconsolable and then falls asleep again 30 seconds later. Obviously this wakes her up but it starts off with her still being asleep. She’s been doing this for around 5 months. I put it down to teething because she was having a hard time with it but at the moment no new teeth are coming in and her cheeks aren’t red and she isn’t showing the signs she gives when her mouth is uncomfortable but this issue seems to be getting worse not better. I can’t see the sleep training working until this issue is resolved so I’m holding off a bit.
