TMI- bleeding and period like cramps with small clots

So sorry for tmi pic ladies never done this before but it so worried, been cramping and having some small clots (about the size of a 5p /20p) red blood and sometimes brown and red mucus discharge. I have had a pad on since

8ish last night and still clear but when I go toilet and wipe I see the blood (the clots in toilet). Previous to this had brown discharge for around a week and half.

I am due a scan on Friday, so anxious and all over the place I feel hopeful but scared at the same time.

anybody else experience similar?

any success stories?
