Bleeding at 11 weeks
Hi all,
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and havnt yet had any ultrasound or heard the baby's heart beat.
I've been having cramps in my lower abdomen for the last 3 days and this morning has woken up with bright read bleed but only very little.
Has anyone had anything like this? Should I be concerned
