raspberry ketone..?
Okay so I'm all for loosing weight and will be eating healthy whilst doing exercise. I came across this on FB and wondered if anyone else has tried it? Apparently Melissa McCarthy used it for her weight loss. Just wanna get some feedback! 


It was posted after a nutritionist student at university lost 15kgs using the recipe above in a study for her course. Let me know what you think and whether it's safe or not!
