Hey Girlies....
I'm 19 and struggling with an eating disorder. I'm traveling the world atm which is amazing, but it means I'm away from the support of both my family and councillor. I am having serious issues with my body image, absolutely loathing the way I look! Does anyone have any tips of how to feel better about yourself?
