Long period??

So since having an early miscarriage in January my cycles have been all over the place. First cycle was 45 days, second was 21 days ... I then didn't get my period until CD51 this month. I've now been on my period for 11 days has anyone had this? I've never had a period this long it's usually 4-5 days. It sometimes goes light and then a couple of hours later there's lots of blood with clots. I don't know whether I should go the doctors or wait a bit longer?
