The pain of an ankle tattoo?

Hey!
I’m getting a tattoo on the inside of my ankle, only a small one about the size of a 2p piece. I obviously know that it’s going to hurt, but I just want to know how much? Scale of 1-10? I just want to prepare myself for the pain. 
It won’t be on the bone, just down and to the left of it.

I’ve had tattoos done on my back, shoulder blade and ankle. I found that the ankle hurt the most because there is less flesh there and just more skin and bone. I survived! But it was uncomfortable

It’s about 6/10 theres a lot of nerves in your feet and if your feet are thin not much extra tissue to help with pain. (If you have chubby feet it might not hurt has bad :) lol
Not the worst thing ever though. If it’s small then it will be over before too long and you’ll be able to handle the pain for the short amount of time. Happy Inking!

I have a tattoo on each foot. Not all of it was painful but when it hits the veins or near tows it gets intense, I would say like a 6 in those spots.

I have a small one on the inside of my ankle, about the size of a quarter. It really didnt bother me too bad. I would say 4/10
