It's put a slight strain on our sex life but we know it won't be this way forever. Otherwise, we're good! Sometimes I'm super annoyed with him in the middle of the night since he can sleep thru her fussing or feet slamming so I get up but once I've slept again I'm happier 😂

Just the sex life. We have legit only done it like 3 - 4 times since I had my baby ! But we know it’s just this season of our life and it’ll return soon! You know ..once he’s not waking up several times in the night and the sleep deprivation is no longer 😂

I said no, bc that’s the truth this time around, but in full disclosure, we’re veterans. Our first baby was a huge strain. The stress, sleep deprivation, loss of autonomy, less intimacy— it’s rough. With baby 2, it’s been so much easier. We’ve worked through those growing pains with baby 1, and we’re very connected this time around.

Of course. We aren't getting divorced or.anything but kids always stress relationships whether people admit it or not. Gotta work thru it together and figure it out.

I’d say yes. We went from 1-2 kids and just the exhaustion definitely can get to us. Getting out together when we can without the kids does help a lot.

Same as everyone else. It’s put a huge strain on our sex life, especially since she’s still sleeping in our room🤦🏻‍♀️ But we also have the added issue of financial problems right now😭So that’s taking a big toll on us as well. We love each other, and communicate amazingly though. I know it’s a season, and that we just have to keep talking and figuring it out as every day goes on

I would say “kindof”, just because there’s way less sex. Less drive, less time, but really I think that’s it. We both put in the time for our baby, so there aren’t really any fights or resentment about that. And we spend time together having dinner, watching tv, reading, or talking when baby goes to bed around 7:30p.
